Warranty Conditions

1. Siam Network and Computer Co., Ltd. provides product warranties for products from the company and official distributors of the company only. The warranty process follows the company’s terms and conditions.
2. The company will provide a warranty for products that are used under normal conditions as intended. This does not include damage caused by improper use, modifications, or software installations.
3. Product returns due to damage or defects must follow the company's inspection process to confirm the damage was not caused by external factors or misuse.
4. Damaged products caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence, such as being dropped, scratched, exposed to moisture, or physical damage, will not be covered under warranty.
5. Warranty claims for products with no visible damage or failure will not be accepted. However, repairs or replacements can be done at the customer’s expense.
6. Products that cannot be repaired and are still under warranty may be replaced with a similar or equivalent product. The company reserves the right to decide on the replacement model.
7. Warranty replacement may include refurbished products or parts to maintain product functionality and quality equivalent to the original. However, such replacements are considered final and cannot be exchanged for new products.
8. Warranty claims require a valid receipt or proof of purchase (serial number). Claims without these documents may be denied.
9. The company does not cover warranties for consumables such as batteries, cables, connectors, or items that are subject to wear and tear due to normal usage.
